These Terms apply to use of this website and to Brand Breakdown services provided by Mike Dale.

Applications And Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Applications may be reviewed for fit, scope, and scheduling before services are confirmed.

Payment

If your application is approved, payment instructions may be sent before scheduling or before services are delivered. Services are not confirmed until payment and scheduling requirements are completed.

No Refunds After Services Are Rendered

Once a Brand Breakdown session or agreed service has been rendered, completed, or delivered, payments are non-refundable. This includes completed strategy calls, reviews, audits, recommendations, and any delivered consulting or creative direction.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may require a new booking or additional fee at Mike Dale’s discretion.

Client Materials

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any logos, images, documents, or brand materials submitted for review.

No Guaranteed Results

Brand strategy and creative direction can improve clarity and decision-making, but no specific business, sales, audience, or revenue result is guaranteed.
